How many AI credits does Premium include?
30 AI credits per month, refilled on the same day every month. Each credit generates one tailored resume or one cover letter — you choose. AI autofill (screening questions) and the Career Audit are unlimited on top and do NOT consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
What's the difference between Premium and Unlimited?
Premium ($6.99/month or $49.90 one-time for lifetime access) gives you 30 AI credits/month — enough for ~30 tailored applications. Unlimited ($22.99/month or $149.90 one-time for lifetime access) removes the credit cap entirely — generate as many tailored resumes and cover letters as you need. Both plans include AI screening answers on LinkedIn Easy Apply, universal AI autofill, the AI Career Audit and Career Insights.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your dashboard, go to Settings > Subscription, click Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm. No calls, no emails. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then moves to the Free plan (1 credit/month).
Do you offer Indian pricing?
Yes. Users in India see prices in INR at a lower point (₹299/mo Premium vs $6.99). It is detected automatically from your location.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial, but the Free plan is permanent: 1 AI credit every month, unlimited auto-apply on LinkedIn Easy Apply and unlimited AI bullet rewrites in the CV editor. If Premium doesn't fit, you stay on Free indefinitely.
What happens if I hit the 30-credit cap on Premium?
You get an in-app prompt to upgrade to Unlimited ($22.99/mo) or buy a top-up credit pack. Existing generated CVs and cover letters remain accessible — cap only affects NEW generations.
Lifetime or monthly: which one should I pick?
Monthly is a subscription you can cancel anytime. Lifetime is one payment that never renews: Premium Lifetime ($49.90) keeps 30 AI credits refilled every month, Unlimited Lifetime ($149.90) has no cap. If you expect to use it for more than about 7 months, Lifetime costs less than paying monthly.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. From Premium you can move to Unlimited on the Upgrade page of your dashboard: your subscription is switched (no second subscription) and you pay only the prorated difference, shown before you confirm. You can also cancel and go back to Free at any time.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, in euros in eurozone countries and in Indian rupees in India, based on your location. The price on this page is the amount Stripe charges.
Does Premium auto-apply on Indeed or company career sites?
No. Auto-apply works on LinkedIn Easy Apply only, on every plan. On Indeed, Glassdoor, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and company career sites, Premium's AI autofill fills the form, open questions included, then you review it and click Submit.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final once the paid features are available to you, as set out in our Terms of Service. If something goes wrong on our side (a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical problem we could not fix that kept you from using the paid features), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
