What an ATS looks for in a UK CV

Most large UK employers and recruitment agencies filter applications with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo or iCIMS before a person reads them. The software reads your CV as text and compares it with the job advert. A strong CV score means:
