Response times

We reply within 24 hours on weekdays for support requests, usually faster during European business hours (9am-7pm CET). Bug reports with a Chrome DevTools console screenshot get priority — they're the fastest path to a fix. Billing questions are typically resolved same-day. If you filed a chargeback or dispute, please reach out first — we can almost always resolve the underlying issue and refund unused credits or credit extra subscription days without you going through your bank.

Frequent questions we get

• Extension not applying? Reload Chrome to pick up the latest auto-update, then check chrome://extensions for the current version. If it still misbehaves, open F12 → Console on the LinkedIn jobs page and send us a screenshot — we'll pinpoint the cause quickly.
• Cancel a subscription? Open your dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Takes one click, cancels immediately for the next billing cycle. You keep access to Premium features until the current period ends.
• Refund request? Reply to any billing email or write to us directly. We evaluate case-by-case: usage-heavy accounts where AI credits are already spent usually get credited extra days rather than a full refund (AI provider costs already incurred).
• Feature suggestion? We ship user-suggested features every week. Drop the idea in the form above with as much detail as possible about your job-search workflow — the more specific, the more likely we ship it.
