FastApply alternatives: auto-apply tools compared (2026)

FastApply sells monthly application credits, with an agent that applies for you. Here are the alternatives and their prices.

In short

AutoApplyMax is a FastApply alternative with a permanent free plan: it auto-applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs and autofills other job sites where you click Submit, and resume tailoring is included (1 AI credit a month free, 30 on Premium at $6.99/month) rather than a paid add-on.

For a server-side agent like FastApply's Apply for Me, JobCopilot and AIApply are the closest alternatives; LazyApply and LoopCV apply on job boards.

Checked November 4, 2026 on each vendor's own website. Prices change; check the source links before you buy.

FastApply has two modes: an "Apply for Me" agent that applies for you on employer career pages, and a "Browse & Apply" extension that fills forms while you watch. Its free plan allows up to 5 applications a day through the extension for 7 days; paid plans run from $14 to $89 a month in credits, and per-job resume tailoring is a paid add-on.

The alternatives, one by one

AutoApplyMax

A Chrome extension that runs in your own signed-in browser. On LinkedIn it opens each Easy Apply job from your search, fills every step, attaches your resume and submits, pausing when LinkedIn rate-limits. On every other job site it fills the form from your profile and you review and click Submit. The dashboard tailors your resume and cover letter to each job description and logs every application.

Better pick if: you apply mostly through LinkedIn Easy Apply, want a free plan to start, and want a resume tailored to each job before you send it.

FastApply

FastApply has two modes: "Apply for Me", an agent that applies for you on employer career pages, and "Browse & Apply", a Chrome extension that fills forms on 20+ job boards and ATSs (it names LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse and Naukri) while you watch. Plans are sold in monthly credits (one credit per submitted application); AI resume tailoring and cover letters cost extra per month.

Better pick if: you want a server-side agent applying on employer career sites at high volume, and do not mind paying extra for tailoring.

JobCopilot

JobCopilot says it "exclusively applies to verified jobs on official company career pages", from its own systems, and that you can send up to 50 personalized applications a day. Elite adds a tailored resume per application. Its Chrome extension only autofills: you review and submit. No free plan is listed. Full comparison.

Better pick if: you target company career sites rather than LinkedIn and want a hands-off service.

AIApply

AIApply's agent sources jobs, tailors your documents and submits applications for you, paid with auto-apply credits (one per application) that do not expire, alongside a Premium subscription for its resume, cover letter and interview tools. Its official pages do not publish prices or which sites it applies on.

Better pick if: you want a hands-off service paid per application and do not need to watch each submission.

LazyApply

LazyApply sells application volume: its pricing page lists 15, 150 or 1,500 applications a day depending on the plan, billed once a year, and says its Job GPT "automatically fills the job applications" on platforms "like Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and Ziprecruiter". Plans differ by the number of resume profiles (1, 5 or 20). Per-job resume tailoring is not described on its plan pages. Full comparison.

Better pick if: you want the highest daily application volume on US job boards and are fine paying for a year upfront.

LoopCV

LoopCV runs "loops" on its own servers: it scans job boards daily and "submits applications on your behalf automatically", and it can email recruiters. Its Chrome extension ("Apply Tool") completes LinkedIn applications for jobs you pick in the LoopCV dashboard. It has a free-forever plan; paid plans start at €9.99/month. Full comparison.

Better pick if: you are in Europe, want a low-cost bot that keeps applying and emailing recruiters without your browser open.

When FastApply is still the better pick

If you want an agent applying on employer career sites while your browser is closed, at a volume you set by buying credits, FastApply is built for that. AutoApplyMax only submits on LinkedIn Easy Apply.

When AutoApplyMax is the better pick

You apply mostly on LinkedIn Easy Apply, want a free plan with no time limit, and want resume tailoring included in the price.

Switching from FastApply to AutoApplyMax

Sign up free and upload the resume you already use: it becomes your profile. Add the answers forms ask for (years of experience, salary, notice period, work authorization), install the Chrome extension and sign in with the same account.

On LinkedIn, run a search with the Easy Apply filter and click "Start auto-apply". On any other site, open the application form and click "Autofill this form". Turn off any other auto-apply extension first so two tools do not fill the same form.

How we checked

We read each tool's pricing and feature pages and its Chrome Web Store listing on November 4, 2026, and link every source in the table. AutoApplyMax facts come from our own pricing page and product. We are the makers of AutoApplyMax, so we say where another tool is the better pick and we do not rate or score competitors. Corrections: contact@autoapplymax.com. See our editorial process.

Frequently asked questions

How much does FastApply cost?

On November 4, 2026 FastApply's pricing page showed Starter $14, Pro $29, Elite $49 and Max $89 a month (200 to 2,000 credits), 90-day sprints, and a free plan with up to 5 applications a day through the extension for 7 days. AI resume tailoring is a monthly add-on.

Is there a free FastApply alternative?

Yes. AutoApplyMax's free plan has no time limit and includes LinkedIn Easy Apply auto-apply, autofill on other sites and 1 AI-tailored resume or cover letter a month.

What is the difference between auto-apply and autofill?

Autofill fills the form from your profile and you review it and click Submit. Auto-apply also submits the application for you. AutoApplyMax auto-applies on LinkedIn Easy Apply only; on Indeed, Glassdoor, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and company career sites it autofills and you click Submit.

Is it safe to use an auto-apply tool on LinkedIn?

There is always some risk: LinkedIn says it does not permit extensions that automate activity on its site. AutoApplyMax runs inside your own signed-in browser (it never asks for your password), pauses when LinkedIn shows a rate-limit message and stops when LinkedIn says the daily limit is reached. Use one auto-apply tool at a time. Details: is LinkedIn auto apply allowed?
